Reflections Clinical Counseling, LLC is a practice put together with the goals of providing effective, holistic and personalized mental health and substance abuse treatment that is affordable.  Reflections started as my private practice,  it has now expanded to include a Substance Abuse Treatment Program.  I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been working with clients since 1998.  I work with adults on an individual basis dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.  I believe that each of us has our answers within.  My job as a therapist is to help them find the clarity needed to hear those answers.  I believe accessing the unconscious mind is the most effective way to achieve healing.  I use dream analysis, art therapy and hypnosis as part of my therapy.  I also use traditional approaches.  Therapy is a collaborative process, the client and I, together, come up with a plan that we both feel comfortable with.

We also offer several different substance abuse groups.  There are currently eight other substance abuse counselors working at Reflections.  They each have their own unique style.  However, they also believe the basic philosophy that healing comes from within.  We offer both daytime and evening groups.  For those with first-time DWI/DUI we have the required six-week education program.
